We specialise in the allocation of skilled craftsmen with long experience in erection and workshop work mainly in areas of boiler construction and manufacture, pipeline systems, silos and steel construction as well as in other areas as food, pharmacy and petrochemical industry:

• welders
• mirror welders
• pipe fitters able to work according to isometric drawings
• fitters

For working groups we provide foremen able to read drawings and deal in English, German or Spanish language. If necessary we ensure site managers.

We also construct parts of assembly doing it on our account.

We ensure supporting services for our projects:

Supervision Services – Our foremen organize and supervise given work and check the execution according to the design instructions and drawings.
Quality Control – Our Company will ensure that all quality procedures are adhered to the material and manufacture details provided on the project drawings and documentation. We can supply labour only or alternatively provide all equipment necessary for required work.

• In cooperation with partner company we provide heat treatment or it can be provided separately.
• One of our special services consists of certified and guaranteed valve repair and valve reconditioning service for vast types of valves, including safety valves, in every sector of industry. We do our work in workshop; however, we can work on-site during planned shutdowns.

Our welders have excellent experience with stainless steel and high alloy steel welding which includes X10CrMoVNb91 (P91).

We perform:

• Electrowelding
• Tungsten method (TIG) for carbon, alloyed and stainless steel
• TIG + electrowelding (combi)
• Metal active gas (MAG)
• Metal inert gas (MIG)

Our welders are qualified by EN 287 – 1. They can be equipped with high class welding machines and tools.
